Forklift Safety Cages
Our heavy duty forklift safety cages for hire, also known as forklift work platforms, they can be used to lift 1 or 2 persons for short duration works. When scaffolding and scissor lifts are not a viable option, a forklift cage is a safe and cost effective option. They conform with the Australian Standard AS 2359.1 2015, which includes safety features such as: a self-closing inward opening gate with bow latch; welded mesh casing; two floor mounted harness anchor points; and forklift locking pins to safely secure cage to forklift.
When using the cage, it is required that the worker uses a safety harness which we can also provide on request. These cages are also commonly used for stocktake in warehouses.
