The SafeWorkAustralia Guide to Formwork details the use of Formwork Step Over Platforms to improve the safety during formwork construction. They can also be used as light weight pedestrian bridges over freshly poured concrete. A safe working load of 225 kilograms covering a length of 3000mm x 600 wide and 400 mm high help minimize the risk of tripping whilst crossing reinforcement or other obstacles.
